A holistic approach to comprehensive IT solutions for healthcare.
Background

At the same time, new infrastructure and end-user devices without disrupting legacy workflows that clinicians relied on every day. They had to move quickly without compromising quality, clinician confidence, or patient care. Traditional timelines would not meet business, and operational requirements, creating risk around adoption, readiness, and long-term sustainability.
Solution
Optimum Healthcare IT partnered closely with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and IT to deliver a seven-month implementation and go-live using a rapid, highly structured delivery model. From the outset, Optimum established strong governance and clear decision-making pathways to keep the program focused and on schedule. The team emphasized alignment with the foundation system, standardized workflows, and early stakeholder engagement to reduce downstream risk.
