Background

Clearsense, located in Jacksonville, FL., provides an end to end data platform ecosystem that enables real-time analytic insights into clinical, operational, and financial metrics. Clearsense transforms healthcare data into insights that users can trust. Having recently completed a series-D round of investment where they secured $30M, Clearsense’s rapid growth of 250% year over year from 2017 to present has grown their workforce from 49 to over 100. Clearsense has specific talent needs in difficult to source disciplines. Optimum CareerPath solved this problem.

Challenge

A data platform ecosystem startup, Clearsense continues to grow rapidly, with 250% year-over-year growth from 2017 to the present. With the need to more than double their headcount in 2021 and specific talent needs in difficult-to-source disciplines, They turned to Optimum’s CareerPath program to source and custom train entry-level talent. CareerPath has been an integral tool in Clearsense’s ongoing growth and success, with a training program specifically built around the Clearsense ecosystem.

Solution

To help Clearsense build its team to support rapid growth and new clients, Optimum Healthcare IT presented the new Optimum CareerPath program to solve its challenges of finding the skilled talent it needed. Optimum CareerPath is a targeted recruiting, training, and placement program focused on identifying and training high aptitude, early-career employees. Optimum custom sourced entry-level data analysts recruited from across the country using skills-based assessments and developed training based on the their proprietary platform, saving Clearsense money on recruitment, on-boarding, training, and retention.
