The Jacksonville Beach-based healthcare IT company, which focuses on implementation for enterprise products, was named Best in KLAS for software and services by analyst firm KLAS Research.
The win is a big one for the fifth-year company, which dethroned another business that had won the software and services category for the previous four years, said Vice President of Marketing Larry Kaiser.
“It’s amazing,” Kaiser said. “It’s directly attributed to our staff and our clients who answered these surveys.”
Because the winners are determined based on surveys KLAS conducts among each company’s customers; the award is humbling and special, said CEO Jason Mabry.
Looking ahead, getting the recognition means the company can continue to grow and get the attention of those that hear about it through KLAS, Kaiser said.
We want to continue to grow our company and focus on the challenges our clients face,” said Mabry. “We’re made of individuals who have sat in the seat of our clients. We want to address our services to be around security, managed services and new regulations in the industry.
He added that the company was pleased with the attention the award might bring to Jacksonville.
“We’re based in Jacksonville and are proud of that,” he said. “We plan to expand and grow rapidly.”
