Optimum Healthcare IT, a Best in KLAS healthcare digital transformation and consulting firm, today announced that it is the first ServiceNow partner globally to receive the Validated Practice for their Healthcare and Life Science (HCLS) product line. As the only Elite ServiceNow partner 100% dedicated to healthcare, this achievement enables Optimum Healthcare IT to further utilize its industry expertise and deep product knowledge to help clients accelerate digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform.

The ServiceNow Partner Program recognizes and rewards partners for their varied expertise and experience to drive opportunities, reach new markets, and help joint customers transform businesses across the enterprise.

To earn the HCLS Validated Practice designation, partners must meet rigorous criteria, including having five consultants with the Healthcare and Life Science Management Professional Suite Certification. Optimum’s team currently exceeds this benchmark with 11 certified consultants. Additionally, partners must complete three successful deployments with CSAT Survey results, including one or more HCLS PLA-qualified applications, while maintaining an average CSAT score of 4.2 or higher. Optimum has successfully completed four deployments, achieving an average score of 4.87.
