Mader will lead and drive revenue initiatives at Optimum, drawing on his 25 years of experience in the space.

Chris brings over 25 years of experience leading and developing highly successful leadership and sales teams and initiatives across multiple complex organizations, including 11 years at Randstad Technologies, where he served as Vice President of North American Growth Strategy & Development. In this role, he was responsible for creating, developing, and deploying a comprehensive strategy for bringing continuity, standards, measurable metrics, and accountability to North America’s growth strategy plan, which exceeded $1.5B in revenue. He then transitioned to Medicus Healthcare Solutions as Vice President of Sales, responsible for the sales strategy and business development efforts around locum tenens staffing, permanent placement, and consulting. He recently held the title of Vice President of Sales, People, and Culture for Total Tek a Solutions, a firm focused on Technology Managed Services and SAP Digital Transformation.
