A dynamic and results-driven executive, Kumar has held progressive leadership roles including CMIO, CIO, and Chief Innovation and Digital Officer (CIDO), leading major healthcare organizations through digital transformation initiatives. Most recently, as CIDO at Altais, Kumar was responsible for designing and executing technology-driven strategies aligned with the organization’s mission to ignite an exceptional healthcare system supporting physicians, patients, and the broader clinical community.

Before that, he played a pivotal role at CommonSpirit Health, overseeing EHR operations across 2,000+ sites and supporting the successful technology integration following the merger of Dignity Health and Catholic Health Initiatives.
