Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary with Milestone Achievement

Optimum Healthcare IT, a Best in KLAS healthcare staffing and consulting services firm, announced today that its Training and Activation practice had surpassed 200 electronic health records (EHR) training & Go-Live projects. As the industry shifted to remote projects due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Optimum Healthcare IT was the first firm to complete a 100% virtual Epic Go-Live. While providing clients with the same user experience, the successful pivot to virtual projects allowed Optimum to provide services to a greater number of clients over the last 20-months.

Optimum’s dedicated training and activation practice can customize our offering, either on-site or virtually, to fit your organization’s needs. With a reputation built on flexibility, responsiveness, and accountability, Optimum has the experience to organize, schedule, and manage any size Go-Live, whether a phased approach or big-bang. Our leadership, training, and support experts provide the best services the industry has to offer.

I'm extremely proud of the work we've done for our clients over the last 10 years. To reach the 200 Go-Live milestone is a testament to the dedication and determination put forth by so many amazing leaders, clinicians, trainers, and support personnel over the years. We've done great work for our clients, but ultimately what's most important is the countless number of healthcare team members, who are working with confidence, patients, and their families that benefit from improved documentation and education tools due to our partnerships, stated Rebecca Manne, Executive VP Consulting Services at Optimum Healthcare IT. Particularly over these incredibly stressful past few years, it is rewarding to know we had the privilege of working either virtually or side-by-side with healthcare team members to streamline their work in spite of these challenges and to share in enhancing the patient experience.

The Training and Activation Support Practice at Optimum is led by Rebecca Manne, a nurse with 40+ years of clinical experience. The last 18 of which have been focused on leading large Epic training and activation initiatives. Ms. Manne’s leadership team has over 100 years of combined Epic training and activation experience with diverse clinical and operational backgrounds.

Our Training and Activation team has done tremendous work throughout the last 10 years, said Jason Jarrett, Chief Executive Officer at Optimum Healthcare IT. I'm proud of everyone that has been a part of the team through the years and the lasting impact their work will have on the healthcare organizations we serve.
