What is Optimum CareerPath?
Optimum CareerPath is a targeted recruiting, training, and placement program focused on identifying and training high aptitude, early-career employees. These employees are then placed with our healthcare clients to help fill their teams with diverse, high-potential budget-friendly talent.

Optimum CareerPath starts with the CHIME digital health professional certification program that includes a 6-week intensive boot camp of general healthcare fundamentals, IT and Project Management fundamentals, Change Management and Readiness, Clinical Informatics, and Professional Soft Skills development.
Following these are the needed technical skills and/or certifications to hit the ground running on a project. Optimum provides mentorship and support from our seasoned consultants throughout the program ensuring continued career growth after the boot camp period.
